Almost every new contract that our clients take on becomes enmeshed in red tape making it extremely difficult to proceed through the planning project efficiently. Elevate has the skill and experience to smooth out the bumps.

...through helping them win planning appeals, turning agricultural land into development sites, or by persuading the authorities that a higher density should be acceptable on the application site. Our success rate with the Planning Appeals Commission has been consistently higher than our competitors. In one district with a recent draft plan excluding some lands, we led in 15 of the 16 appeals which successfully brought land back.

Our remit stretches from pre-application advice to prospective Developers; through to preparation of supporting documents; attendance at planning meetings; preparation and presentation of planning appeals; preparation of Judicial Review applications; public inquiry attendance and tailored services.
